Happy Halloween Week! Halloween definitely looks a little different this year with covid-19 restrictions but that doesn't mean you can't make some yummy treats in your apartment or home! This week we will be sharing a super quick, easy, and healthy recipe we found for a unique Halloween treat. These are called Frozen "BOO"-nana pops and it only requires 4 ingredients.

Here's what you'll need :

  • 1 Medium Banana

  • 1 Cup of White Chocolate

  • Mini Chocolate Chips for the eyes

  • 4 popsicle sticks

So you start off by cutting the banana in half and then slice down the middle (lengthwise) so you are left with 4 sections.

You will then insert the popsicle sticks and place them on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Once frozen, melt the white chocolate in a mug. You can then dip and coat each banana in the white chocolate. Immediately after add the 2 small chocolate chips for the eyes do they stick before the white chocolate hardens.

Lastly, place them back in the freezer until fully frozen and enjoy!!

Each of these only has 100 calories so it is the perfect late-night healthy snack that satisfies the sugar craving. Let us know if you make these this Halloween season and share and tag us on your Social Media!!
