UPDATE: The Florida Students for Lifestyle Medicine Club will continue to offer virtual GBMs for the Spring 2022 semester. Virtual GBMs allow a broader range of guest speakers by making our club meetings more accessible. Social events and service opportunities will take place in person and virtually.

Service Opportunities
Both in-person and virtual service opportunities will be offered to allow our club members' participation both in Gainesville or from home.
- Semester long: American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA) Virtual Fundraiser
Part of FSFM's mission is to learn how to prevent and advocate for chronic illnesses. As our organization has operated predominately virtual this year, we have decided that the best way to get the word out about the prevalence of autoimmune diseases, a majority of these diseases being chronic, in America is by raising money to benefit the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association (AARDA). AARDA is a nonprofit organization that provides education, awareness, and research funding for autoimmune diseases. Autoimmune diseases affect at least 23.5 million Americans of all races, genders, and ethnicities. We hope you will be able to help us and our organization by donating to this worthy cause! We sincerely appreciate your generosity and know any and all donations will impact the lives of many!
